Charthouse Rebrand: Brand System Authorship & Governance
Brand design

About the project
Project Overview
Charthouse is a data management agency with enterprise-grade products and an ambitious growth agenda, but a brand that wasn't keeping pace. As the sole designer on the engagement, I led a full rebrand from strategic brief to delivered system, working directly with the founder, a brand strategist, and key stakeholders to build an identity that could credibly support sales, partnerships, and international expansion.
Challenge
The existing brand lacked cohesion across touchpoints, making it difficult for buyers and partners to quickly understand what Charthouse offered and why it mattered. The identity needed to feel modern and confident without alienating an established audience; a balance between clarity, credibility, and long-term scalability.
My Role
Design Lead — sole designer on the project, responsible for translating shared strategic direction into a complete, deployable brand system. Collaborated closely with a brand strategist and the agency head to explore multiple creative routes before aligning on a final direction.
Deliverables
Logo system and variations · Brand guidelines · Deck template · Word document template · Email signatures · Product brochures · Business cards · Pull-up banners
Outcome
The resulting system unified previously disconnected brand expressions and gave the organization a clear, adaptable foundation to grow from. Key stakeholders, including the founder responded with strong enthusiasm, noting the cohesion of the system and the quality of the working relationship despite budget constraints. The brand was built to scale.
